Adilet-Sultan Meimanaliev
Adilet-Sultan Meimanaliev is a Public Policy Consultant at Eli Lilly and Company. As an expert in health systems and policy, Adilet-Sultan has worked as a consultant in Central Asia with the World Health Organization, World Bank, USAID and other development agencies.
Adilet-Sultan received his B.A. in Business Administration from American University in Kyrgyzstan, an Advanced Studies International Master’s degree in Social Policy Analysis from Catholic University of Leuven, and a Master of Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School.
Through his work experience, Adilet-Sultan has worked with non-profit organizations focusing on health, education and community development. Adilet-Sultan is married and has three children.

Jeannie Infante Sager
Jeannie Sager is the Director of Advancement for University High School. With over 15 years of professional fundraising experience, she has served as Director for Dean’s Council and Special Programs at the Indiana University School of Medicine, Development Director with the Indiana University Foundation, Director of Divisional Support at Miami University, and Development Associate for Young Alumni and Student Programs at Rollins College.
Jeannie received her B.A. in International Relations from Rollins College, a M.A. in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University, and was a Jane Addams Fellow with the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University.
In addition to serving on the board of Indiana Ballet conservatory, Jeannie serves on the executive board for the IUPUI Executive Alumni Council and is an assistant den leader for Cub Scout Troop 198. She is married with two children.
Kelli Ozdemir
Kelli Ozdemir is employed by City Real Estate Advisors, Inc. (CREA) as the Senior Vice President of Fund Management. CREA invests in low income housing tax credit projects across the United States and as director of the Fund Management division, Kelli is responsible for monitoring these investments and minimizing risk.
Kelli received her B.S. in Accounting from Butler University. Along with her studies, Kelli was actively involved with the Hampton House, a Servant-Leadership Organization founded by the Greenleaf Center. Through this and many other organizations, Kelli remained involved in the Indianapolis Community.
Since a young age, Kelli has enjoyed all types of dance and joined the Patchwork Dance Company, located in South Bend, Indiana, at the age of fourteen. She frequently performed with the company throughout the Midwest and studied, performed and competed in several countries in Europe. Patchwork had an annual dance production, Christopher’s Christmas, in which Kelli performed several roles from an early age.
Kelli currently resides in Fishers with her husband and two daughters.
Melissa Beckwith
Melissa Beckwith is employed by Butler University as a Project Manager with the Butler Business Accelerator. The Accelerator is a mid-market business consulting firm focused on helping Indiana businesses grow while at the same time transforming how business education is taught at the University. While Melissa's primary responsibility is to develop marketing and sales strategies for Indiana business, she also helps teach undergraduate and MBA-level business classes.
Melissa received her B.S. in Marketing from Butler University and Master of Business Administration from Valparaiso University. Melissa has experience marketing non-profit organizations, including a university and international center.
Beginning at two, Melissa studied ballet and continued classes through her college career with Butler University's dance program. One of her favorite past-times is watching her five-year old daughter enjoy her own dance studies. Melissa lives with her husband and daughter in Westfield.
